Your Appointment

Before Your Appointment
As soon as your appointment is finalised you will receive a pre-screening form which you can fill out digitally and it will automatically come back to me on completion. This will give me the opportunity to get to know you beforehand and be alert to any potential risk factors for treatment.
During Your Appointment
All consultations will be conducted via zoom. You will receive a link via email to connect to our zoom meeting at the appointed date and time. Your privacy is of upmost importance to me and all meetings will be conducted in a private setting. All consultations are 75 minutes long unless a shorter 45 minute follow up is required.
Our first consultation together will involve in-depth questioning regarding your family history, health history, diet, lifestyle, medications, any past procedures along with questioning about your symptom picture based on information from your pre-screening form. Any required testing will be discussed. We will always first address what is most important to you, begin discussing your health goals and what changes you are able to make based on your current lifestyle.
Most clients have up to 6 consults – 1 every 2 to 4 weeks depending on their situation however this is highly individual and will depend on your particular circumstances. Each consultation will build on the last progressively working toward your menopausal health goals.


After Your Appointment
I am available for all my clients via email and texting to answer question and to offer any support or guidance required in between consultations. I also follow up via email any supporting information that was discussed in your consult. This will include your prescription for nutritional or herbal products, an email outlining any dietary suggestions and other supporting information and educational material that I feel will be helpful on your journey.
